What we do

Mac Manager provides on-site service, repairs, upgrades, installation and maintenance to Macintosh computers in your home or office. Whether you need a new computer set up, repair to an existing Mac, upgrading your Mac's memory / hard drive / operating system, or maintaining an entire network, Mac Manager can help.

What we support

Any Apple Mac computer
Any operating system, including the latest Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, as well as older operating systems such as Mac OS 9
Apple Macintosh servers, including Xserve and Mac OS X Server

We support everywhere in the greater Sydney Metropolitan area, including:

Eastern Suburbs
Western Sydney
Hawkesbury
Hills District
Inner South

Inner West
Lower Blue Mountains
Macarthur
North Shore
Northern Beaches

Paramatta
South West
St George
Sutherland Shire
Sydney CBD

We also support areas outside these, and are available at the same rates, however a minimum hour call-out may apply to cater for the extra distance. For example, we have customers in the following regions that use our services:

Southern Highlands (Bowral & Mittagong)
Central Coast (Gosford & Woy Woy)
Illawarra (Wollongong)
Upper Blue Mountains (Lithgow)

Rates

While many Sydney service technicians charge $200 or more per hour for on-site services, Mac Manager provides quality personalised service for a far lower price:

$185 for the first hour
$120 per additional hour
or
$790 for a full day

Above prices are inclusive of GST, and are valid during normal business hours.
Minimum 1 hour booking for Sydney metropolitan customers. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
Prices valid from 1st of January 2010.

After hours & weekend service

We also offer after hours and weekend on-site visits for those that cannot be available during normal business hours:

$235 for the first hour
$150 per additional hour
or
$890 for a full day

Above prices are inclusive of GST, and are applicable to bookings that begin 4:30pm or later Monday-Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, and must be arranged during the week.
Minimum 1 hour booking for Sydney metropolitan customers. Additional hours, if applicable, are charged in quarter-hour increments.
